Send crypto from the exchange or hot wallet to the hardware wallet:
Go to the platform you have your coins in. Select the account you want to transfer from. Select send and insert the public key of the new address you created for that coin in your hardware device.
Before sending large amounts, make a test transaction with a small amount to verify that everything is correct. Verify this by viewing the transaction history on your hardware wallet's mobile or desktop application. Whitelist your hardware wallet's address in the exchange or hot wallet you use to ensure safe transfers in the future.
Once verified, send the total amount you want offline and repeat for the next coin, NFT, or exchange/hot wallet.
