Customer Data Deletion Initiative
As part of our ongoing efforts to maximize security for our clients, we are creating a Customer Data Deletion portal where users can input their personal details and be marked for deletion.
This will mean a complete wipe of your data related to your ZERO purchase.

A CDD request will permanently delete all of your personal identifiable information within our servers and with our partners. A full wipe will ensure that in case of a data breach, it will not be able to expose your personal data.
Data Deletion will mean that we can no longer provide warranty or recovery services.
We can not provide you a 2 year warranty of your ZERO device.
If your device breaks or has issues, we will no longer be able to identify your original purchase.
We can not provide GRAPHENE recovery service.
If you lose or otherwise destroy your existing GRAPHENE upper plate, you will no longer be able to order a recovery from NGRAVE.
Weigh the risks and tradeoffs responsibly — the CDD is completely optional, and as of now NGRAVE has had 0 data breaches or partner data breaches.
