- Does the LIQUID app have access to my private keys?

No. When you sync the ZERO wallet with your LIQUID app it only reveals your public addresses, for which it can fetch data from the blockchain to show your holdings in real-time.
- Can I install the LIQUID app on an older phone?

The LIQUID app should work on iPhones at least from model 6 onwards. There is a good chance that it will work well on older models also, but it wasn’t tested as thoroughly. We also tested various Android devices.

- I forgot my LIQUID app passcode

The LIQUID app has its own 4-digit passcode, separate from your phone's authentication method.
In case you forget your passcode, you can simply reset it by clicking on Forgot Passcode? and then proceed with Unsync wallet and reset.
In order to prevent unwarranted access to your portfolio, resetting the passcode will also 'unsync' the app. This means that all your portfolio data will be removed from your phone.
After setting up a new 4-digit passcode, you will need to synchronise with your ZERO again.
- Is there an .APK version available?
For users who prefer or need to sideload the app, we provide the .apk file below. To ensure the security and integrity of the application, we recommend verifying the .apk file before installation (see below). Also, keep in mind that you will need to manually install updates yourself.
